What's the minimum stock commitment?

First purchase order is typically 300–1,000 units depending on price point and category. After that, rolling 90-day reorder commitments tied to channel sell-through. Lower than most distributors require — we plan around channel ramp-up rather than warehouse fill.

Do we lose control of our brand?

No. The brand authorisation letter scopes which channels we operate. The MAP side-letter sets your minimum advertised price across every channel. You keep your DTC. You keep your other distribution. We operate inside the agreed boundaries and report transparently.

How does TikTok Shop seller-of-record work?

We're the legal seller on TikTok Shop UK — the listing sits under our verified UK seller account, fulfilment goes from our 3PL, customer service comes through us. You're the brand owner with full authorisation paperwork. When the partnership ends, the listing is decommissioned cleanly and a new one can be set up under whoever you nominate.
