Built for brands tired of paying agencies to maybe sell stock.

Emporify Global Ltd is a UK multichannel launch partner. We buy stock from consumer brands at wholesale, run their TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC channels, and earn margin on what sells. The agency model never made sense to us. Skin in the game does.

The problem we kept seeing. UK consumer brands building real products would launch on Amazon, hire a TikTok Shop "agency," and burn through £5,000–£15,000/month retainers without seeing channel revenue catch up. The agencies got paid either way. The brand carried all the risk. The channels rarely scaled.

The model we built instead. We're a buyer, not an invoicer. We commit a wholesale purchase order, pay the brand upfront, take the stock into our UK warehouse, and run the channels under our own seller accounts. The brand is paid before we sell a single unit. We only profit when the channel works.

Why it took us a while to get here. We started as a UK consumer-electronics reseller — that operational backbone is still part of the business. Running our own SKUs across Amazon UK, TikTok Shop, and DTC taught us what brand owners need from a channel partner. The repositioning is making explicit what the operation already does, refined for brand-direct partnerships rather than catalogue resale.

Skin in the game changes incentives.

Agencies prioritise client management. Distributors prioritise warehouse fill. We prioritise sell-through, because sell-through is where our money is made. Same people, same effort — different outcomes.

TikTok Shop is the wedge that's closing.

Most UK consumer brands aren't on TikTok Shop yet. The early-mover advantage is genuinely real, and genuinely time-bound. The brands launching in 2026 will hold category positions through 2027–2028.

Creators are the bottleneck, not ads.

The brands that win on TikTok Shop don't have the best ads. They have the most native content, shipped daily, from multiple creator types. We run LIVE shopping hosts, real-UGC creators, and an AI content engine in-house — because hiring all three is a 12-month problem most brands can't solve.

Clean exits matter.

If the partnership stops working, we hand back the listings, the creative, the channel data, and the SOPs. No lock-in by design. Earning while we run it is enough; we don't need to capture brand IP to stay in the relationship.
