How is this different from a TikTok Shop or Amazon agency?

Agencies charge monthly retainers and a markup on media spend. We buy your stock at wholesale, list it under our UK Ltd, and earn margin on resale. Your only cost is the goods we order. We only make money if it sells.

Do we lose control of our brand?

No. You sign a brand authorisation letter scoping which channels we operate, and a side letter on minimum advertised pricing. You keep your DTC. You keep your other distribution. We operate inside agreed boundaries and report sell-through transparently.

What's the minimum stock commitment?

First purchase order is typically 300–1,000 units depending on price point and category, with rolling 90-day reorder commitments tied to channel sell-through. That's lower than most distributors require, because we plan around channel ramp-up rather than warehouse fill.

How fast does a channel actually launch?

What happens to my existing Amazon listing?

Two options. We can list parallel to your existing presence (where you've authorised additional sellers), or we take over the existing listing as the principal seller of record. Most brands choose option two for the listing rebuild and PPC discipline we bring.

What if you stop working with us?

Clean exit. Partnership agreements include a hand-back clause: listings, creative, channel data, and operational SOPs transfer to you. No vendor lock-in. We earn on margin while we run the channel — when you take it back, we step out.

How do you handle MAP / pricing discipline?

A signed MAP side-letter sets the minimum advertised price across every channel we operate. We enforce it internally — coordinated pricing across Amazon, TikTok Shop, OnBuy, and DTC — and you hold the right to terminate the partnership for breach. Pricing-discipline is non-negotiable on our side.
