These terms govern sales by Emporify Global Ltd (Company Number: 15527621), registered at 77 Avondale Road, Eastbourne, England, BN22 8JU.
Trade pricing is available to approved account holders only. Applications are subject to verification. Trade pricing is confidential.
All prices are in GBP. Consumer prices include VAT. Trade prices exclude VAT. Payment is required before dispatch.
All orders are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.
Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. Title remains with Emporify Global Ltd until payment is received in full.
Consumer customers may cancel within 14 days per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Trade returns require prior agreement.
Products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Emporify Global Ltd acts as reseller.
Emporify Global Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
